PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping. We accept all major debit / credit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.
SHIPPING
Items are shipped out within 10-15 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages:
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
Shipping will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted for store credit only!
- All returns must be returned in 10 days from purchase.
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
- HOLIDAY items are FINAL SALE (This includes 4th of July, Memorial Day, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.)
- Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Jenny D Collections & Co. would pay for the returned shipping.
