Items are made to order and shipped out within 10 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Returns
There is a 7 day return/exchange policy IF an item is damaged upon arrival that is on our end OR if it is defective after the FIRST wash after following the wash care instructions given in your order. We understand that some circumstances can be out of our control as we do not make the transfers ourselves only design and press them accordingly. Please reach out if either of these scenarios occur and we will do our best to make it right.
